Deep Tissue Massage - (Back, Shoulders and Neck Only) Slow, Firm pressure focusing on deeper muscles, releasing chronic tension/knots in the body through slow deep pressure. Cupping may also be used during session.
Hot Stone Massage - Swedish massage with added warm basalt stones for extra benefit of relaxing muscle tension. Facial massage included.
Zen Scratch Therapy- Commonly referred to as "arm or back tickles". Gentle gliding scratches on skin allowing the nervous system to relax.
